Shipment Return Policy

• Hydrotech must be contacted within 7 days of receiving products.
• All returns must be shipped back to Hydrotech within 14 days of receiving products.
• Prior to returning products, customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number from Hydrotech.
• Customer returns will not be accepted unless given a Return Authorization Number which must be posted on the shipping tag. 
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless notified otherwise.
