Although Hydrotech does not currently offer a complete e-commerce solution to our customers, we do still accept orders online.

Online orders can be placed by either e-mail or phone.

When placing an order, please include the product name(s), quantity(s),  product code(s), shipping address, and contact phone number. We will then contact you with the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Payment

Hydrotech accepts C.O.D. (Canadian residents only, $8.00 surcharge) and Paypal.

For Paypal payments, Hydrotech requires an e-mail address to where a Paypal Invoice can be sent. Once the Invoice has been received, follow its' instructions for payment completion.

Shipping

Unless paying by C.O.D., Hydrotech will not ship out any orders until full payment is received.

Unless otherwise stated by the customer, Hydrotech will always use UPS for shipping and will always use Standard Ground service with full insurance.

Unless otherwise stated by Hydrotech, customers are responsible for all shipping and duty charges.
